Donald P. Buckley, 78 of Syracuse passed away on Wednesday, February 22, 2023 at St. Joseph’s Hospital.
Born on November 21, 1944 to the late Donald F. and Mary (Ryan) Buckley in Syracuse, New York.
Graduate of Liverpool High School, Don would be remembered as the longtime cook at the Pastime Athletic Club in Syracuse.
Don enjoyed fishing and hunting and spending time with his large family.
Pre-deceased by his parents, his son Shawn Buckley, his daughter Amy Buckley and sister, Dawn Thompson.
Survived by his wife, Judith (Cooper) Buckley, three children, Donald C. (Patricia) Buckley, Christopher Buckley and Michelle Buckley.
Also surviving are four grandchildren, Zackary J. Buckley, Damian and Darnell McClain and Crystal Dupree along with two sisters, Barbara Raum and Kathy (Dick) Germaine, his former wife and friend, Carol Aldrich and several nieces and nephews.
