Deborah E. Horn, 64 of Oswego passed away on July 16, 2022 at Oswego Hospital.
Native of Syracuse, Deborah was the daughter of the late Maurice C. Waldron and Bertha (Haskins) Waldron.
Visitation will be Wednesday, July 20, 2022 from 1:00 to 2:00 PM at Keegan-Osbelt-Knight Funeral Home, 900 North Salina Street, Syracuse, NY
A Celebration of Life to follow at 2:00 PM at the funeral home.
Cremation will follow the services with private burial at a later date.
