Obituary for Catherine I. "Cathy" LaTray
Catherine “Cathy” I. LaTray, 65 of Syracuse passed away on Monday, May 3, 2021.
Native and lifetime resident of Syracuse.
Cathy always tried to be helpful and joyful to others.
Pre-deceased by her mother, Helen Antczak in 2015 and her brother, Ernest E. LaTray, Jr. in 1990.
Survived by: One son, James “Jay” L. LaTray of Syracuse
Two grandsons, James L. LaTray, Jr. and Dustin J. LaTray
Four sisters, Patricia LaTray Euson, Susan Brant, Carolyn (Ken) Noble and Brenda (James) Soule
One brother, James LaTray along with several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be SATURDAY, May 8, 2021 from 1:00 to 2:00 PM at Keegan-Osbelt-Knight Funeral Home with a Celebration of Life immediately following at 2:00 PM.
Burial will be in the Valley Cemetery at a later date.
Please be aware that due to Covid-19, masks are required and social distancing restrictions will be observed.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St Jude’s Children’s Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, TN 38105
